We have turned our Smoothie/Juice bar into a nutritional variety of whole food products, snacks and shakes. An easy way for the members "on-the-go" access to healthy foods they need to achieve their fitness goals.
Our new shakes and snacks do not contain any preservatives, additives, artificial ingredients, synthetic sweeteners, or hydrogenated oils. All our shakes are made with 100% fruit!

EastSide Smoothies, located just inside the main entrance to the EastSide recreation building, offers naturally flavored, healthy fruit beverages as well as frozen cappuccino.
Prepaid beverages
Don't want to bring your wallet to the gym? EastSide Centre members can prepay for a month of beverages from EastSide Smoothies! Any dollar amount can be placed on the member's EastSide account, and the staff will make the appropriate deduction with each purchase. Check with the EastSide Smoothies staff for complete details.
