EastSide Centre offers members and non-members a full-service program that provides individualized fitness training and exercise education on a fee-for-service basis. EastSide's well-educated, certified professionals will develop and implement a safe and effective exercise program for individuals of all fitness levels in a one-on-one or group environment.

It is the primary objective of the EastSide Strength/Conditioning staff to provide our athletes/clients an opportunity to develop respect, responsibility, discipline, pride, work-ethic, confidence, and character. We are committed to enhancing the athletic potential of each student-athlete through a structured program that includes all aspects of development and injury prevention. We train athletes through individual and team sport-specific programs that focus on developing a functional strong, explosive and powerful athlete.
Sport Performance Training
Sport Performance Training helps athletes of all ages focus on efficient, sport-specific training customized to meet any athlete's needs. EastSide's goal is to assist individuals develop into the optimum athlete. Instruction is provided in all aspects of physical development and injury prevention. Athletic performance is improved by utilizing strength/power and movement training methods. Programs are individually focused, and the athlete's efficiency is maximized by identifying weaknesses and enhancing overall athleticism.
EastSide believes that creating stellar athletes involves more than just improving speed, strength and power. To truly be GREAT, an athlete's physical development must come from within. Athletes who excel both on and off the field are also hardworking, self-confident, able to focus, lead, listen and follow.

|NEW - Boot Camp
Unleash your inner animal!
Boot Camp is a HIGH INTENSITY program consisting of athletics, martial arts and military drills that will challenge participants' ability. Registration is required as well as a basic medical and exercise history needs to be filled out.
Participants should bring a water bottle, towel, bag gloves, and strong attitude.
