Sport Performance Training

A training program designed for athletes. Workouts are tailored to the athlete and his or her sport. Our program focuses on minimizing the risk of injury and  developing sport-specific speed, power, strength, and conditioning.

We are equipped to train athletes of all levels, from junior high to high school and college! The athlete’s entire program is periodized and planned around their sport schedules, so he or she can be at their peak athletic performance when it matters the most.

Our program can be modified for the athlete around injury, practice schedules, etc. We want to make sure our workouts compliment their sports practices and improve performance, not hinder it.

 

Every workout includes:

    1. Sport relevant movement prep
    2. Dynamic warm-up
    3. Power, plyometric, and speed training
    4. Full body resistance training
    5. Sport-specific conditioning

We currently offer pricing for individual, small group, and team sports performance sessions.

 

Personal Training

Here at EastSide we believe in affordable personal training. We strive to offer a competitive training rate while still providing a high-quality experience.

Personal training is best suited for anyone who needs a little extra accountability and help in the gym. There are thousands of different workouts, exercises, and pieces of equipment available to use. Sometimes it may be challenging to know what to do, when to do it, or if it’s even working. Our personal training staff has the education, certification, and experience to simplify everything for you.

Our training programs are designed for you based on your needs and abilities. We don’t just stick you onto a generic program that everyone follows. Rather, we take the time to analyze your needs to create a program that maximizes your results.
